SHIPPING
We ship via USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE
All Hair Accessories are made to order - please allow 5-6 business days for processing your order.
International (2-3 weeks ship time) This will vary due to customs and is out of our control.
We recommend upgrading to expedited shipping for time-sensitive orders.
Barbee’s Bow Boutique is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid address provided by the customer, any type of transportation delays, customs, or transfers from US carrier to local carrier in the destination country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Currently we do not accept returns due to the customization and each item being made to order. However, if you have received your item and discover you didn't receive the correct size you ordered (sometimes this may happen) - do not worry! Please reach out by email: barbeesonline@yahoo.com and include your order number. We want you to be happy with your order and will do what it takes to make sure you're taken care of! Shipping cost is NOT Refundable. Since each Hair Bow and Headwrap is handmade-to-order, no two will ever be identical. Please note pattern placement on turban may vary due to where its cut. You will be responsible for any shipping cost you incur to return your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international packages are shipped via USPS. We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and other fees can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order total. We assume no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.
